Nobody loves to receive any complaints in any areas of life. Thus, the procedure of complaining is not fun. However, some of them truly believe that complaints are a must because they offer a room for improvement. In many organisations, complaint letters are given importance so that the higher authority can take the feedback into consideration for the company’s betterment.
