Tracing Assets in Divorce Proceedings

When a spouse does not want to expose hidden assets in divorce proceedings to avoid high child maintenance payments or avoid sharing their finances, it can be quite difficult to trace these assets.

Assets can be hidden in any format such as property, directorships, offshore bank accounts, jewellery, stocks, bonds etc, however the most difficult to trace is when assets are hidden outside the UK.
