You need to draft a complaint letter that assures the recipient gets the point. Then, you need to also give a heading for identification.

Furthermore, you can even add some emotion in your complaint letter as it is about something that has happened to you. You should not try to shame them because it might not prove to be in your favour. Once your complaints are done, you can tell them exactly what you want such as an apology, money, refund, etc. You should note that your request must be in the realm of reality so that you easily get what you want. Otherwise, you can also imply that you might take up something new. This might be an effective statement because generally companies don’t like to lose their customers.
